This is a graphical web interface through which you manage your services.
In the client area, you can do orders, check and monitor your services and invoices. Here you can open a ticket if you have any questions or issues.
Other interfaces are hosting control panels where you can change settings of you hosting, e.g. mail settings, domain settings, manage databases, ftp users…
